How to Make the Bulin 47 'Dame Hombro' Freestyle AI Video (Homelander, Frodo, Wolverine — One Photo, and Only the Lead Changes)
By the Top5Apps editorial team · Published October 11, 2026 · Updated October 11, 2026 · 8 min read
Short answer: one photo of the new face, into a single-lead swap — every tool built for this clip replaces Bulin 47 and leaves Kevin Wai, the bodyguard, the crowd, the speaker, and the red light exactly as filmed. The source is a 46-second phone video from the night of October 1–2 outside a venue in Madrid: Kevin Wai, a Colombian creator who ambushes artists on the street with a portable speaker, starts a dembow freestyle; Bulin 47, in sunglasses and an open pink shirt, answers in rhyme and does a shoulder move that is now a dance challenge. Kevin's TikTok is at 5 million views, the Instagram version he co-posted with Bulin has 6.2 million likes, and Dominican press puts the clip past 65 million views on Instagram alone — no outlet has a consolidated number. Within a week it became a real single ('Dame Hombro,' October 7) with an official video at 4 million views, and an AI template: footballers, politicians, cartoon characters, and — in the frame above, from the studio nsketch.ai — Homelander with Black Noir behind him, Frodo with Gollum in the foreground, and Wolverine with Deadpool at his shoulder, each dropped into Bulin's spot while the rest of the scene holds. Here's the clip, the people, the method, and the one thing that makes this swap easier than the two-person trends before it.

What the clip is, and who's in it
Bulin 47 — Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso, per Dominican press — is a dembow artist who started as a comedy-video creator and has been releasing music since 2016 through his own 47 Music LLC; 7.2 million follow him on Instagram. Kevin Wai ('Kevincito'; the press also spells him Way and White) is a creator from Santa Marta, Colombia, with 766,000 TikTok followers, known for exactly this: Listín Diario describes him as someone who intercepts people on the street with a speaker. His previous ambushes include Arcángel's son Austincito (85 million views), Lil Baby (25 million), and El Alfa (14 million). The Bulin clip is the one that turned into a record. Kevin filmed and posted it; the Instagram version is co-authored by both, and Bulin reposted it to his own TikTok (2.5 million views) under a page title that already reads 'kevin way ia' — AI. 'Dame Hombro' followed on October 7 — a two-minute single credited to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, and producer Breyco, ℗ Bulin 47 Music — with an official video on October 8 that Dominican outlets say itself uses AI-recreated characters. Bulin's thank-you video, quoted by Listín: 'Estamos en tendencia mundial… el dembow es inmortal.' He's since posted #hombrochallenge clips. He is leaning into all of it.
The AI wave, and who's in it
- Timing: the first swaps appeared around October 6, four days after the clip and a day before the single; Dominican press was covering 'videos hechos con IA' by October 7–8.
- Who's been swapped in, per press and the big posts: Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mbappé, Haaland, Neymar, Ronaldinho; Colombian president Gustavo Petro; Dominican figures from Toño Rosario to Omar Fernández; Handsome Squidward and Don Ramón; MLB players; Arabic-language versions. The largest single post we could verify is a Viking version — 265,000 likes, labeled 'Contains AI-generated media' on TikTok.
- Netanyahu did it to himself. On about October 10 the Israeli prime minister's official Instagram posted an AI clip of him doing Bulin's moves, captioned with a Likud campaign message; it has 274,000 likes, Diario Libre reported him joking about when it was 'filmed' before saying it's AI, and Bulin reshared it. A sitting head of government using a Dominican dembow swap as election content is a first for this series and probably for the internet.
- The frame above is from nsketch.ai, a web AI studio ('Access all 150+ models'; Seedance 2.5 is its headline) that runs a one-photo 'Bulin 47 Trend' template and also sells The Boys image templates — which explains Homelander. We couldn't find where or when it posted the Homelander, Frodo, and Wolverine versions or their counts.
- No creator has published a prompt for their own version; the tutorials carrying #capcutpioneer and #dreamina tags are, as with the Oouuh trend, creator-program affiliate posts.
Why this swap is easier than the last five
Every two-person trend we've covered — Hotel Lobby, White Chicks, APT., Oouuh — needed a model that holds two identities at once. This one replaces exactly one person. Kevin stays Kevin; the man in black behind Bulin stays; the crowd and their phones stay; the speaker stays. Every tool built for the clip says so in its own words: 'Only he is replaced: Kevin Wai, the bald guard behind him and the crowd stay exactly as filmed'; 'the edit targets Bulin 47 in the center'; 'upload one photo.' That makes it a motion-transfer job on a single lead in a crowd, which is a solved problem — and it's why versions are arriving faster than for any clip since the Rumpelstiltskin barn, which was also a solo. The hard part isn't the swap; it's keeping the background faces from drifting, which a Dominican commenter put best: check the faces in the back.
Method A: one-photo templates
- nsketch.ai 'Bulin 47 Trend' — one photo; Basic 480p, Standard 720p (240 credits, about $6.80 on the $17 Starter plan's 600 credits), Pro 1080p; output about 15 seconds, vertical. Underlying model not stated; Seedance is the site's headline.
- bulin47ai.com ($9.99 a clip or three for $24.99, 19 seconds, 480p or 720p, model unnamed, 'not affiliated'), bulin47ai.video (Seedance 2.0/2.5 selectable, from $9.99, with a 'no sunglasses' rule for your photo — the model needs your eyes), oakgen.ai (credits per 15 or 30 seconds at 720p; 'Kevin, the megaphone and the people around him stay part of the reference scene'), and vswp.app, a Telegram bot paid in Stars.
- Photo rules all of them share: one person, front-facing, no sunglasses, even light. The swap inherits Bulin's open pink shirt unless you say otherwise.
- Every one of them dubs the original audio. None licenses it (see rights).
Method B: do it yourself
- 1. Source: download the clearest copy of the 46-second clip (Kevin's TikTok or the Instagram co-post); trim to 15–20 seconds around the shoulder move. Avoid versions with burned-in captions.
- 2. One reference photo, or three (front, three-quarter, full body) for a character like Homelander, where the suit is the identity.
- 3. Tool. Because only one person changes, Kling Motion Control fits — it uses 'the person with the largest on-screen presence' as the element, which here is Bulin — as do Higgsfield Genjutsu Object Swap (select Bulin, attach the sheet, keep the shot) and Seedance 2.5 reference-to-video. The reference video gives motion and camera; the photo gives identity.
- 4. Prompt. The clearest published one is on media.io's trend page; its key instructions are to 'Replace ONLY the lead rapper, identified by sunglasses and an open light-pink shirt behind the speaker holder,' 'Use @Video1 as the exact performance reference,' 'Keep Kevin Wai and the other people unchanged,' and 'Preserve the speaker, background, lighting, framing, camera movement, and shot sequence,' with the all-caps guardrails 'NO ROLE SWAP. NO DUPLICATE. NO NEW SCENES.' Ours, condensed:
Replace only the man in sunglasses and an open pink shirt rapping at the center of @Video1 with the person in @Image1, matching his gestures, the shoulder dance, and the timing exactly. Keep everyone else — the man holding the speaker, the man in black behind, and the crowd — unchanged, along with the red-lit stairway, the speaker, the lighting, the handheld camera, and the audio. No role swap, no duplicate, no new scenes.
- 5. Check the back row. Generate three to five takes and reject any where a bystander's face changed or a phone melted. The lead will be fine; the crowd is where it breaks.
- 6. Finish: keep it vertical, re-lay the audio if it drifted, label it AI on the video.
Rights: a creator's clip, an artist who's cheering, and other people's characters
The footage is Kevin Wai's, co-published with Bulin; the single and video are 47 Music LLC's; the freestyle's instrumental has no identified producer. Unusually for this series, the people in the source are delighted — Bulin reposted the AI versions, reshared Netanyahu's, launched a shoulder challenge, and released the song the trend made inevitable — and neither artist nor label has objected to any AI version we could find. That changes the practical risk, not the law: the audio under every template is still an unlicensed recording, and the faces you add are the exposure. TikTok's AI rules, in force since September 24, require a label when 'a face is replaced with someone else's,' allow 'humor or art, such as a spoof, meme, or TikTok dance,' and prohibit 'using the likeness of private figures without consent.' The characters in our frame carry their own owners — The Boys is Amazon's and Sony Pictures Television's, Middle-earth is licensed through Embracer's Middle-earth Enterprises with the films at New Line and Warner Bros., Deadpool & Wolverine is Marvel Studios and Disney — and nsketch selling a Homelander template is nsketch's exposure, not the artists'.
- Label it AI. The biggest version is labeled; most copies aren't.
- Your own face is the clean version — this is a one-photo swap built for exactly that. Celebrities in evident parody next; private people who didn't agree, no.
- Credit the pair: 'Original: Kevin Wai × Bulin 47, Madrid, October 2026.' Both have been generous about the trend; return it.
- Don't monetize the audio. Stream the single instead — it's the thing the trend was for.
Our read
This is the model case for how an artist should meet an AI trend: let it run, repost the best ones, release the record it's advertising. Bulin 47 went from a street ambush to a charting single and a prime minister's campaign feed in nine days, and he did it by treating every face-swap as a free music video. Technically the trend is the easiest in the series — one lead, one photo, a crowd that stays put — which is why there are already five one-click sites and a Telegram bot. The things to carry: swap only the lead, check the back row, label it, name the two people who made the clip. Our AI video ranking covers where Seedance and Kling stand once you're out of the lobby.
